Course Outline:

Session 1: Your Primary Aim   - Building the foundation of where you want to be in life, the quality of life you desire and how your career will get you there – your primary aim. Before we get going in our lives we need to know the road map of where we want to end up. This session will give you the tools to build your dream.

Session 2: Becoming The Master Of Your Craft – What is it that you are exceptionally good at in your career, where are you the master of your craft. Knowing this is how we will tailor the next few steps to be sure you are living your purpose and being your personal best. Without this element, your career can be hit and miss with little results.

Session 3: Creating Your Vision And Mission – The next step is to build the client base that will serve your primary aim - your vision, mission and service commitment. These are the attitudes, behaviors and values by which you serve clients and how you implement it into the client experience.

Session 4: Brand Development  - In this process we take the service commitment and put in into action steps which is called “The Standard Of Service” – your unique salon brand.  Your brand is the defining factor that sets you apart from your competitors in the service arena. It implements the mastery of your craft and your vision, mission and service commitment.

Session 5: Marketing Strategies – Successful marketing incorporates the service brand as what sets you apart from your competitors and attracts the ideal client who sees value in it! This type of intentional marketing happens organically. Learn to consistently attract your new ideal clients through brand marketing strategies that are imbedded into the client experience ensuring you are in a constant state of business building.

Session 6: Goal Achievement – Next, you will put a solid plan into action by setting goals. Being in alignment with your primary aim, you will map out a series of “markers” to hit to ensure progress. Goals are also vital in identifying if changes need to be made based on evidence of manifestation.
