In this session:

What is a peak performer? People who are masters of their individual craft that possess the qualities, attributes and characteristics of the true leaders in the beauty industry. They are people who excel monetarily based on the performance with which they serve. In this session attendees discover their true mastery and how to turn it into a brand that will propel them into the arena as a peak performer in all it’s glory. If ever there is mystery as to why some succeed in the beauty industry when others don’t, the strategy of this session is to give attendees the tools and process where the relationship with money and being a peak performer is reality. 

     

Team Bonding: Getting Employees On The Same Page

  • Do you find delegating suties difficult with commission employees?

In this session:

When experience, commission, rental or salaries compete for seniority it can be difficult to delegate duties. No matter how a person serves in your company there a couple of things that unites a team - the skill sets we have and the clients we serve. When missions, visions and the client experience are the goal within the salon visit, the focus shifts to creating a positive client experience. By using exercises to connect attendees to their relationship of purpose in being of service, unity can begin. When teams understand each person’s unique qualities and the value they bring to the salon culture, this in turn promotes healthy working relationships as people unite to the common good of the salon delivering the perfect client experience

    



Transform Workplace Drama

  • Is there tension due to employee conflicts?
  • Are you are tired of wasting time dealing with employees issues?
  • Are negative employees affecting company morale?
  • Are you exhausted with workplace drama?
  • Are you doing nothing because you don’t know what to do?

In this session:

Learn how to eliminate issues and conflict by getting to the core of them, dispelling the motivating fear and instilling the power of unified understanding even when people do not agree. In this session attendees will be given a step-by-step process to resolve conflict that leads people to move into resolution. Conflict left unattended simmers into an invisible toxin within that can permeate to the salon culture and eventually the client experience. Fostering these emotions can block potential and best intentions in other areas of life without connecting the relevance. This session is about discovering the root of emotions and by using a few simple proactive steps, discharging the impact they have on our lives, careers and relationships to those we work with. This is the session to repair relationships amongst team members.


 

Motivate Your Team

In this session:

Do you know how to get people excited about their work again? It can be a truly exhausting job if you have to
continually motivate your people not to mention the fact that when their motivation comes from you, they then
look to you to keep it going. Lasting motivation happens when people become self motivated through inspiration,
purpose, self-improvement and personal growth. Through active exercise
s and techniques, attendees connect to
their dreams and the quality of life they desire and see how their careers are the vehicle to manifest them. This is
the session where the relationship to success opens to pure potential and life takes on a much more purposeful
meaning.



About These Sessions      
The cost for each session above is $747

Group training sessions are available for salon/spa owners via beauty industry suppliers (click here to see when and where seminars are being held) or as private in salon training sessions for owners and their teams. Sessions are approximately 3 hours in length and are accompanied by a workbook and when possible, a power point presentation.
