Once payment is received you will be directed to your digital download. A digital download allows you to save the product to your desk top in pdf format.
The Salon Operating System complete package ($497 value) is the only product that is shipped in hard copy.
Once payment is received, the product will be shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 5 to 7 business days in Canada and the United States. Over sea shipments require 10 to 14 business days for delivery.

Implementing the Salon Operating System
The manuals are laid out in the binder in the order to be implemented.
The first thing to do when you get your system is to modify the Business Structure Manual. You do this by using the cd that contains the manuals in WORD format. Make the necessary changes and print out the new manuals. You can also modify the service procedures in your Policy and Procedure Manual. Remember to reprint your modified copies.
To begin implementing the Salon Operating System, read the Read Me First booklet and follow the step by step implementation guide located on page one of the Business Structure Manual.
The system is successful only when implemented in it's entirety. Use each section as a guide that you can modify but we suggest you keep it as a complete package to take full advantage of the monitoring systems.
To implement the Salon Operating System can take from one week to one month. The system begins working immediately.

As outlined in the Business Structure Manual, commission employees can be converted to a salary base pay by taking an average of the previous six months pay.
A salary is beneficial to the employer when setting a salon budget and forecasting profits. The employee benefits from a salary when creating a personal budget and when seeking financing options by having an employment status versus a commission status.
